Both. In general, we supply production sites in batches according to consumption plans, but we can also ship a trial item. A minimal retail purchase without selection is not our format: we assemble a set for the process.
We keep both original components and proven alternatives. For every item, we honestly explain where an alternative performs just as well and where it is better to use an original.
Yes. We provide certificates of conformity and quality passports. We work under contract, with VAT and a full package of shipping documents.
Yes. Send a photo, measurements or the sample itself - an engineer will identify the item, select an alternative and assemble a set for your equipment and task.
In-stock items are shipped within 1-3 days and delivered across Ukraine. Items on order are supplied according to an agreed schedule, usually within 1-2 weeks.
